“श्रम बजार–केन्द्रित एमपीए पाठ्यक्रम प्रमाणीकरण कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न”

मिति २०८२ साल पुस ११ गते मध्यपश्चिम विश्वविद्यालय अन्तर्गत ग्र्याजुएट स्कूल अफ म्यानेजमेन्टद्वारा श्रम बजार–केन्द्रित कार्यक्रम ढाँचाअन्तर्गत नयाँ स्वरूपमा तयार गरिएको सार्वजनिक प्रशासनमा स्नातकोत्तर (एमपीए) कार्यक्रमको पाठ्यक्रम प्रमाणीकरण कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न गरेको छ । यो कार्यक्रम नेपालमा उच्च शिक्षामा प्रतिमानगत परिवर्तनको रूपमा लिइएको छ ।

कार्यक्रममा कर्णाली प्रदेश सरकार अन्तर्गतका विभिन्न मन्त्रालय, आयोग तथा अन्य सार्वजनिक संस्थाबाट सहभागी वरिष्ठ अधिकृतहरू, सम्बन्धित विषय विज्ञहरू, सम्भावित विद्यार्थीहरू तथा अन्य सरोकारवालाहरूको सक्रिय सहभागितारहेको थियो ।

कार्यक्रममा उपस्थित करिब ५० जना सहभागीमध्ये प्रायः सबैले संस्थाले नयाँ कार्यक्रम सुरु गर्न गरेको पहलको अत्यन्तै प्रशंसा गरेका थिए भने पाठ्यक्रमको डिजाइन, कार्यान्वयन तथा मूल्याङ्कनलाई अग्रगामी र भविष्यन्मुखी प्रणालीमार्फत कसरी रूपान्तरण गर्न सकिन्छ भन्ने विषयमा रचनात्मक सुझावहरू प्रदान गरेका थिए । साथै, सहभागीहरूले नयाँ रूपमा डिजाइन गरिएको कार्यक्रमको प्रभावकारी सञ्चालनका लागि भविष्यमा पनि संस्थागत तथा व्यक्तिगत प्रतिबद्धतासहित सहयोग गर्ने आश्वासन दिएका थिए ।

ग्र्याजुएट स्कूल अफ म्यानेजमेन्टका डीन, सह–प्राध्यापक डा. पूर्णमान श्रेष्ठज्यूले कार्यक्रमको अध्यक्षता गर्दै यस कार्यक्रममा सङ्कलित सुझावहरूका आधारमा आगामी दिनमा अघि बढ्ने संस्थागत प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गर्नुभएको थियो ।

कार्यक्रमको प्राविधिक सहजीकरण पाठ्यक्रम विकास प्रक्रियामा संलग्न प्रमुख सदस्यहरूमध्ये एक प्राध्यापक डा. चन्द्र प्रसाद रिजालज्यूले गर्नुभएको थियो । प्राध्यापक डा. रिजालज्यूले सहभागीहरूबाट प्राप्त सुझावहरूलाई पाठ्यक्रमको अन्तिम रूप दिन तथा यसको कार्यान्वयन संयन्त्रमा कसरी उपयोग गरिनेछ भन्ने विषयमा स्पष्ट पार्नुभएको थियो ।

“Validation Program of Labor Market-Driven MPA Curriculum Completed”

On 26 Dec 202 ,the Mid-West University, Graduate School of Management (MU-GSM) organized a validation program of the newly designed Master of Public Administration (MPA) curriculum under the Labor Market-Driven Program (LMDP) framework, marking a paradigm shift in higher education in Nepal.

The program witnessed active and meaningful participation from a wide range of stakeholders, including senior officials from various ministries, commissions, and public institutions of the Karnali Province Government, subject experts, potential students, and other concerned stakeholders.

Nearly all of the 50 participants present in the program highly appreciated the initiative taken by the Graduate School to launch the MPA program. They also provided constructive feedback on strengthening the curriculum through a proactive and future-oriented approach to design, implementation, and assessment. Participants further assured their continued institutional and individual commitment to support the effective launch and implementation of the newly designed program.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Purna Man Shrestha, Dean of the Graduate School of Management, chaired the program and expressed the institution’s commitment to move forward by incorporating the valuable feedback received during the event.

The program was technically facilitated by Prof. Dr. Chandra Prasad Rijal, one of the lead members involved in the curriculum development process. Dr. Rijal assured participants that the feedback would be systematically incorporated during the finalization of the curriculum and the development of its implementation mechanism.
