मध्यपश्चिम विश्वविद्यालयमा ईआरपीएस प्रणाली अन्तर्गत विशेषतः लेखा प्रणालीको प्रभावकारी कार्यान्वयनका विषयमा सफ्टवेयर डिजाइनर, विश्वविद्यालय आइसीटी टिम तथा केन्द्रीय लेखा प्रमुखबीच शेयरिङ बैठक सम्पन्न भएको छ ।

मध्यपश्चिम विश्वविद्यालय अन्तरराष्ट्रिय सम्बन्ध निर्देशनालयका कार्यकारी निर्देशक एवं सूचना सञ्चार तथा प्रविधि समितिका संयोजक डा. यदुप्रसाद ज्ञवालीज्यूको अध्यक्षता र रजिष्ट्रार प्रा. डा. शोभाखर कँडेलज्यूको समुपस्थितिमा फागुन १५ गते भौतिक तथा भर्चुअल रुपमा सम्पन्न छलफलले ईआरपीएस मार्फत लेखा व्यवस्थापनलाई सहज बनाउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ । रजिष्ट्रार प्रा. डा. कँडेलज्यूले सिष्टमको प्रभावकारिता हुने गरी मूर्तरुप दिन सुझाव दिनुभयो ।

“Sharing Meeting Held at Mid-West University to Strengthen Financial Management under the ERPS System”

A sharing meeting was held at Mid-West University focusing on the effective implementation of the accounting system under the ERPS framework. The meeting was conducted among the software designer, the University ICT team, and the Account Officer of the Central Office.

The discussion, held on February 27 in both physical and virtual modes, was chaired by Dr. Yadu Prasad Gyawali, Executive Director of the International Relations Directorate and Coordinator of the Information and Communication Technology Committee, in the presence of Registrar Prof. Dr. Shobhakhar Kandel. The discussion expressed expectations that ERPS would facilitate and streamline financial management at the University. Registrar Prof. Dr. Kandel also provided suggestions to ensure the effective and practical implementation of the system.
