पाठ्यक्रम प्रमाणीकरण कार्यक्रम

“मध्यपश्चिम विश्वविद्यालय व्यवस्थापनतर्फ स्नातक तथा स्नातकोत्तर तहका पाठ्यक्रम प्रमाणीकरण कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न”

मिति २०८२ साल पौष २५ गते मध्यपश्चिम विश्वविद्यालय ग्र्याजुएट स्कुल अफ म्यानेजमेन्ट अन्तर्गत स्नातक तथा स्नातकोत्तर तहका पाठ्यक्रम प्रमाणीकरण कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भएको छ । ग्र्याजुएट स्कूल अफ म्यानेज्मेन्ट डीन कार्यालयको आयोजनामा बीबीए, एमबीए, बीबीएस, एमबीएस, बीएचएम र बीटीटीएम कार्यक्रमको पुनर्निर्मित तथा परिमार्जित पाठ्यक्रम प्रमाणीकरण गरिएको हो।

प्रमाणीकरण कार्यक्रमलाई सम्बोधन गर्नुहुदै कार्यक्रमका प्रमुख अतिथि उपकुलपति प्रा. डा. ध्रुवकुमार गौतमज्यूले पाठ्यक्रमलाई समयसापेक्ष, व्यवहारिक र श्रमबजारमैत्री बनाउने उद्देश्यसहित शृङ्खलाबध्द रुपमा छलफल गरी पाठ्यक्रम निर्माण गरिएको उल्लेख गर्नु भएको थियो। प्रमुख अतिथि एवं उपकुलपति प्रा. डा. गौतमज्यूले विद्यार्थी माथि अनावश्यक विषयवस्तु लाद्ने परम्परा तोड्दै समाजको आवश्यकता र बजारको माग अनुरुप जनशक्ति उत्पादन गर्न विश्वविद्यालयका सबै संकाय र कार्यक्रमका पाठ्यक्रम पुनर्निर्माण एवम् परिमार्जन अभियानलाई सँगसँगै अघि बढाएको बताउनुभएको थियो ।

कार्यक्रममा विशेष अतिथि रजिष्ट्रार प्रा. डा. शोभाखर कँडेलज्यूले अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय अभ्यास, राष्ट्रिय एवम् स्थानीय सन्दर्भलाई ध्यानमा राख्दै निर्माण गरिएको पाठ्यक्रम प्रभावकारी कार्यान्वयनमा जोड दिनुभएको थियो । उहाँले पाठ्यक्रम निर्माण गर्दा मुख्यतः प्राज्ञिक एवम् आर्थिक दुवै दृष्टिकोणले दीगोपन छ कि छैन भनेर हेर्नुपर्ने बताउनुभएको थियो ।

सोहि कार्यक्रम बीच प्रमुख अतिथि प्रा. डा. गौतमज्यूले ग्र्याजुएट स्कूल अफ म्यानेज्मेन्टद्वारा प्रकाशित अनुसन्धानमूलक ‘पीअर रिभ्युड’ जर्नल ‘जर्नल अफ नेप्लिज म्यानेजमेन्ट एण्ड रिसर्च’ को विमोचन समेत गर्नुभएको थियो ।

आयोजक ग्र्याजुएट स्कूलका डीन सह-प्रा. डा. पूर्णमान श्रेष्ठज्यूको अध्यक्षतामा सम्पन्न कार्यक्रममा स्वागत मन्तव्यसँगै विषय प्रवेश प्रा. डा. चन्द्रप्रसाद रिजालज्यू र संचालन सह-प्रा. डा. अमृतकुमार शर्मा गैरेज्यूले गर्नुभएको थियो ।

कार्यक्रममा कर्णाली प्रदेश उद्योग, पर्यटन, वन तथा वातावरण मन्त्रालयका सचिव, लोक सेवा आयोग तथा सुर्खेत उद्योग वाणिज्य संघका प्रतिनिधि, अन्य सरोकारवाला विभिन्न सरकारी तथा गैरसरकारी संघ, संस्थाका प्रमुख तथा प्रतिनिधि सहित विषयविज्ञ, विश्वविद्यालयका पदाधिकारी, प्राध्यापक तथा कर्मचारीहरुको उपस्थिति रहेको थियो ।

“Mid-West University Concludes Curriculum Validation Program for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Management Programs”

On January 9, 2026, the Mid-West University Graduate School of Management (MU-GSM) successfully conducted a curriculum validation program for its undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The program was organized by the Dean’s Office of the Graduate School of Management and validated the revised and restructured curricula of BBA, MBA, BBS, MBS, BHM, and BTTM programs.

Addressing the program as the Chief Guest, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Dhruba Kumar Gautam stated that the curricula were developed through a series of systematic and consultative discussions with the objective of making them time-relevant, practical, and labor-market-driven. He emphasized that the University has broken away from the traditional practice of burdening students with unnecessary content and has simultaneously advanced a comprehensive campaign to redesign and revise curricula across all faculties and programs to produce human resources aligned with societal needs and market demands.

Special Guest Registrar Prof. Dr. Shobhakhar Kandel highlighted the importance of effective implementation of the curricula, which were developed by considering international best practices as well as national and local contexts. He further noted that curriculum development must primarily ensure sustainability from both academic and economic perspectives.

During the same program, Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Gautam also formally launched the peer-reviewed research journal “Journal of Nepalese Management and Research”, published by the Graduate School of Management.

The program was held under the chairmanship of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Purnaman Shrestha, Dean of the Graduate School of Management. Welcome remarks along with the thematic introduction were delivered by Prof. Dr. Chandra Prasad Rijal, while the program was conducted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Amrit Kumar Sharma Gaire.

The event was attended by the Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment of Karnali Province; representatives from the Public Service Commission and the Surkhet Chamber of Commerce and Industry; heads and representatives of various governmental and non-governmental organizations; subject experts; university officials; faculty members; and administrative staff, along with other key stakeholders.
